Great Service and the part works	December 9, 2011

This is my first purchase from OSi. First off the motherboard comes two types supporting different CPUs, and the sales person at OSi responded almost immediately with instructions to make sure I received the correct one. The part was shipped within hours of placing the order and arrived well packaged, clean, and timely. It worked and has been tested for 24 hours so far with no issues. And by the way the price was extremely reasonable. Definitely my first stop next time I need Dell parts, and am considering refurbished systems as well based on my positive impression after this transaction.

We're keeping the Dell Small form XP machines running for as long as we can. It's great to find a reliable source. Good price and sometimes an exchange rebate is offered. The S&H is fast. Buy from OSI. You won't regret it.
